Kirthi Jajakumar is a feminist researcher and conflict resolution expert. Her work in feminist foreign policy and women's peace and security politics highlights the efforts of women and non-binary people in resisting colonialism, casteism, racism and militarism. She founded and leads the GenderSecurity Project, which works on gender, peace, security, feminist foreign policy, and decolonial justice. She leads the CRSV Observatory project, which documents sexual violence in the context of armed and violent conflict, settler colonialism, and mass violence. Kirthi also leads community engagement at World Pulse and works as a facilitator and mediator with We are Feminist Leaders and civitas resolutions.
