What happens when art is not merely the outcome, but also a way of exploring the world? Lucie Nováčková, curator of the Jiří Příhoda exhibition at OGV, together with participants in the Inspiration Forum Lab programme, will present the trajectories of their artistic research through their respective artistic and curatorial projects.
Three projects created during the latest edition of Inspiration Forum Lab trace the movement of materials, landscapes, memories and stories through stone, sand and steel. They reveal how relationships are changing between humans and the world – a world that by no means belongs exclusively to people. The exhibition at OGV presents early works by Jiří Příhoda, in which the future principles of his artistic practice began to take shape, along with his interest in the phenomenological aspects of art: experience, space and place.
We would like to thank The Vysočina Regional Gallery in Jihlava for their collaboration.
