Elena Pecenová is an author and poet who graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague and is currently developing the genre of artistic novels. In 2019, she won a special jury prize in the František Halas Literary Competition and also received an award in the Slovak-Czech competition Básne SK/CZ. Between 2020 and 2021, she edited the magazine Psí víno. She is also the author of two poetry books.
