Eliška Havla is a facilitator at NaZemi, using her facilitation skills to connect the fields and environments she works in. She came to NaZemi after many years of exploring facilitation through public involvement in planning processes and civic participation. She draws on common sense and experience in architecture, service design, theatrical improvisation, informal education, and research in her work. She is additionally actively involved in promoting decent working conditions in the cultural sector.
