Eva Benešová works as an assistant professor at the Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology at UCT Prague while also participating in teaching at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Her research is focused on enzymes with biotechnological potential, primarily glycosidases and asparaginases. Her pedagogical activity is closely linked to her research work, specifically targeting biological therapy and other modern treatment methods. Furthermore, she is intensively involved in science communication and popularization (social media, Biotrin, z.s., educational programs for high school teachers, Chemické listy, and others).
