Lenka Vochocová is a media scholar who has spent the last 10 years studying online political participation or "e-expressivity" and its gendered aspects. She examines key mediated public discussions on fundamental political issues and societal crises across various online environments, ideological polarization, and growing anti-liberal tendencies in public discourse, including the rejection of gender plurality and rising misogyny. She approaches these issues from an intersectional perspective, considering how various minority characteristics combine to exclude certain actors and groups from public debate.
