Paul Hilder is an independent political strategist and serial social entrepreneur. He was chief strategist for the Czech Pirate Party in 2025. He founded Datapraxis, a European progressive data and strategy consultancy working across nineteen countries. He has played leadership roles in other platforms, movements, and organisations, such as Crowdpac, 38 Degrees, Change.org, Avaaz, Oxfam, and openDemocracy. Between 2002-2007, he was involved in private diplomacy in the Middle East and in democratic reform in the UK, Europe, and beyond.
