Ridina Ahmedová is a musician, performer, and author of award-winning audio documentary podcasts. Her work is characterized by a deep exploration of the voice and socially urgent themes. In the musical sphere, she drew attention with the project Hlasokraj (Discovery of the Year, Next Wave 2007) and long-term collaboration in the project Hlaskontrabas, for which she received several Angel Award nominations (2016 and 2024). In recent years, she has become one of the most prominent figures in Czech audio documentation. Her series Sádlo (Fat), reflecting on the relationship with one's body, and Odpustit? (Forgive?), exploring the ability to cope with grievance, received prestigious awards including Podcast of the Year 2024 and a nomination for the European Prix Europa award.
