Sára Prokopová is a documentary director and a graduate of the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. She works on both independent projects and television documentary formats. She further develops her filmmaking experience as an assistant director and researcher on Petr Kerekes's project about the Košice marathon (Marathon). She currently works as a project coordinator at the VOD platform DAFilms and at the production company Marina Films in Prague. Her debut film Přeladění (Retuning), set in the world of Slovak public-service media, will be presented this year at MFDF Jihlava in the Special Screenings section.
