Šárka Homfray focuses on labour and employment law, collective bargaining and pay. She also addresses gender equality issues within Czech and European trade unions. She regularly publishes in professional, commentary and lifestyle media. In 2022, she published a collection of feminist essays entitled Why are we so angry? and is the co-author of the podcast PAY GAP. She is completing her Gender Studies at FHS UK and writing a doctoral thesis on workplace bullying at the Faculty of Law at Charles University.
