Vojtěch Boháč is the founder and editor-in-chief of the online news server Voxpot. As a freelance journalist, he has written for the daily newspaper Právo, the magazine Reportér, Deník Referendum, and A2larm. He studied political science at the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University in Brno and also studied at several universities in Russia and Ukraine. Additionally, he gained journalistic experience while working for The Moscow Times and the Ukrainian newspaper Segodnya. He has been following the Russia-Ukraine conflict for a long time and covered the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine this year. Vojtěch is also the winner of the 2021 Novinářská křepelka (Journalist Quail) award.
