Zdenka Trachtová is a reporter for Czech Radio, where she mainly covers politics, social issues, and crises in Czechia and abroad. She studied war and conflict because she is interested in the fates of people in war and conflict-stricken zones. She has reported from Ukraine, the flooded Jeseníky Mountains, and the US elections. She hosts the podcast Bruselské chlebíčky (Brussels Sandwiches).
