How do we investigate events that we cannot access directly and those that are disputed? Forensic Architecture combines architecture, digital technologies, publicly available sources and testimony to find new ways of reconstructing events from the traces that remain. Architect and Deputy Director of Research Samaneh Moafi will present three specific cases in Jihlava: the attack on the convoy of humanitarian vehicles in Tal al-Sultan; the death of six-year-old Hind Rajab, whose phone calls for help are known around the world; and the attack on a primary school in Minab, Iran, which Moafi led the investigation into.
