Anna Durnová is a professor of political sociology at the University of Vienna. Her research focuses on the role of emotions in relation to democracy. In addition, she coordinates projects within the Horizon Europe and ERC programs. She has also authored the book Understanding Emotions in Post-Factual Politics (2023) and occasionally writes journalistic articles.
