Karel Doleček is a facilitator and educator with the FlowMakers group, where, alongside his colleagues, he supports other collectives and organisations through challenging conversations — from team reflections to strategic planning. He focuses on developing facilitation skills and methodology. Beyond FlowMakers, he works on connecting facilitation with design at Department of Information Studies and Library Science, Masaryk University and contributes to transformative education at NaZemi.
