Petra Frühbauerová is a facilitator, educator, and methodologist at NaZemi. Her work focuses on helping groups operate in a more horizontal way, creating spaces where decisions can be made with everyone involved — so that individual voices don't get lost in hierarchical or unequal structures. She also helps run NaNebi, a gathering place in Předklášteří near Tišnov.
