i like it when u sand approaches sand not as a material but as a process and a mode of world-making. Rather than treating sand as a noun, the artists turn it into a verb. They restore its agency across multiple temporalities, its vitality, endurance, viability, and resilience, attuning themselves to its mechanisms and internal grammars. Through language and materials, the artists explore the geological, social, and poetic trajectories of this seemingly ordinary yet fundamentally indispensable substance.
