THE LESSON IS TAUGHT IN CZECH ONLY
History reveals that the world has never been a finished product. And yet, even today’s world can present itself as the only possible arrangement, simply because we have nothing better. Are we left with nothing but choosing between bad and worse alternatives, or might a solution—or at least the seeds of one—be hiding in some forgotten corner of history?
Through inner calm and attention turned inward, into a deep, boundless world. Lessons with a single-pointed focus on specific parts of the body during individual asanas.
The lesson can be booked directly through the yoga studio’s website. Fee: 200 CZK per class, payable either when making the reservation or to the instructor at the beginning of the session.
Venue: Stříbrný dům – Zimní zahrada za čajovnou
